On-line Trading and On-Line Application Forms use 128-bit encryption, a
technology that scrambles information transmitted over the Internet. 128-bit encryption is currently the most
secure form of encryption generally available.
Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer offer 128-bit
encryption capabilities with versions 4.0 or higher.
E-Mail:
Caution
should be used when sending information via E-mail. Unprotected e-mail communication is not
secure, and normally should not include confidential information such as
account numbers. However, to ensure the
privacy of your personal information, the e-mail links to ‘contact us’ on our
site use a secure server, so any information you include remains protected.
Passwords:

and On-line Trading. Advantage Credit
Union puts forth great effort to provide secure Internet Services, but members
also have responsibilities to ensure the security of their personal
information: Passwords must be selected and kept secure - do not share your
passwords with anyone and Log off of
secure sites when leaving your PC.

which may be accessed through our website.
