TeleService offers
24-hour convenience and flexibility when it comes to doing your banking, and
it’s free! Whether you’re on vacation, travel frequently, want to avoid
line-ups, or don’t own a computer, you can still access all your account
information, pay your bills, make loan payments, transfer funds, and more, as
long as you have access to a touch-tone phone.
You can
also obtain general information about our branch and ATM locations, hours of
business and currency exchange rates.

you need your account information right away, you can request a fax statement
with fax-tracking of all information requested during the session

Secure:
Each time you call in, you will be prompted to provide
your MasterCard® card number or MEMBER CARD® debit
card number, followed by your confidential Personal Access Code (PAC). If you
don’t own a card, we will provide you with a “PAN” number to use instead.
Easy to use:
When you call in, you will
receive simple instructions to guide you through the system. If you are calling
in regularly for the same information, simply keep the number sequence handy to
get your results quickly without having to listen to the menu options. Our TeleService brochure includes a quick reference guide
that will show you how to access the information you need.
