Features:

·         E-Statements – Convenient. Secure. Green. Free.
E-statements is a MemberDirect® on-line banking feature that allows you access to an electronic copy of your paper statement(s). By logging in to MemberDirect, you can view, print or save your statement(s) to your home computer (Adobe PDF format) if you need to. Archived statements are available for up to 18 months. You are responsible to review your e-statement account transactions for any irregularities within 30 days of the statement date as per the terms and conditions of your Financial Services Agreement.

Legal, Official & Secure

An e-statement is recognized as a legal and official document as it is a true copy of your statement. Your e-statement is held in an industry-standard 128 bit-encryption environment and can only be accessed by you when you log into MemberDirect with your password, offering reduced risk of identity theft and mail-related fraud.

If you are already signed up for MemberDirect and don’t want paper statements in the mail, you can choose to cancel them.  This helps reduce the amount of paper and envelopes used, which in turn helps protect the environment. Our operating costs will also be reduced, which positively affects the amount of patronage returns to our members, and provides us with increased stability to enhance our services, programs and technology.

How to cancel your paper statement

All we need is your written consent for each membership. Simply Click Here to access the required form, fill it in, sign it and return it to your Advantage Credit Union branch in person, by mail or by fax; or stop by your branch of Advantage Credit Union and our staff will quickly sign you up.
